Chins and dips

Today Lise had a really challenging exercise for me and yeah, I feel half-dead now in my arms...

I first warmed up on the cross trainer for 5 minutes.

Then she had planned for me to do intervalls using the Tabatha principal, which is that you work out really hard for 20 seconds, then resting for 10 seconds before you do 20 again and then rest 10 and so on. These intervalls I did for 8 times on every exercise and today Lise said that since she had seen that I am so strong (hehe) I was gonna try and do my very first chins. With her help of course;=)

Here´s the exercises I did:

Rowing 20 sec, 10 sec of rest and then 20 again. Total of 20 x 8 times

Squats with shoulder lifts using two 5 kilos weights. Same reps as above. 20 x 8

Dips on a bench. Same - 20 x 8 reps

And then to finish it up with chins. Same as before - 20 x 8

Believe me - I almost died doing the chins and damn I got so angry when my body just "died" in the middle. Shaking all over, so tired... but Lise made me continue and I could finish, even if I couldnt do 10 in a row as I did the first times. But I´ll get stronger so I am so happy I could do as many as I did.
