So, back from my exercise with Lise;=)
Today she had made this routine for me:
5 minutes warm-up on the rowing machine
followed by
5 min warm-up on the crosstrainer. Today I increased the level with 4 steps.
Then I did three exercises in a crossfit way:
First 21 reps of all three exercises in a row:
- squats with a high jump up on a step-up board
- a 12 kilos kettlebell that I swinged up over my head to exercise the shoulders
- burpees
Then a bit of a rest, a breather before I did all three exercises in a row again and this time 15 reps each.
Then a bit of a rest and then all three exercises again 9 reps.
