So, today Lise had a little bit "easier" exercise for me, since we have been doing quite hard ones for 2 weeks. So today I did this:
5 min warm-up on the rowing machine
Then so called "Tabatha" intervalls. I do every exercise for 20 seconds, then resting for 10 and so on.
I did 3 different exercises:
- squats and jumping up on a step up board 20 x 8 times in a row
then:
- sit ups with straight legs, then take the knees up towards the chest and meet up with the chest. 20 sec x 4 times
- then plank 20 seconds x 4 times
The stomach exercises were done 20 sec x 4 on each.
Suited me perfect with this easier exercise form today since I have gotten an urine trait infection. Same ol´ same ol´ when I stress to much and get cold.
